Proverbs 6:6, 30:25

Our son, Ethan, a 4th grader, recently finished an eight day ant observation for Science.  He learned more about them as he observed their behavior after presenting them with different food choices.

In Proverbs, the author asks the reader to be wise by thinking about the ways of the ant.  Many chapters later, the author brings up the ant again, this time referring to storing food.

Even though you’re probably not a 4th grader with a Science assignment to study ants, consider analyzing any available ants (hopefully none of them made your house their home).  Where we live, the temperature is still relatively mild, and watching ants outside was pretty peaceful, except for a curious neighbor that was nearby one day.  Happy ant watching!
