1 Peter 1:13-25

Not long ago I noticed a license plate that said, “No Saint.”  It appeared that whoever got that license plate, was so proud of being a sinner, they wanted to advertise it to the public and paid more for the specialty plate.

So what is a saint?  Merriam-Webster says a saint is:  “a person who is officially recognized by the Christian church as being very holy because of the way he or she lived”

In 1 Peter, we read that Jesus commanded us to be holy like Him.  When Jesus comes back, do you think the person with the “No Saint” license plate will still be proud (if they’re still around)?  My guess is that they’d try to hide it, but there’s no hiding from Jesus.
