Genesis 1:9-10

What kid doesn’t like playing in the snow?  Where we live, not long ago we had freezing rain followed by sleet and snow.  Our kids were sledding and then started digging in the snow.  They were thrilled to find ice below the snow and broke pieces off, holding them up and excitedly declaring what they found.

Their treasures below the snow remind me of an article posted by NewsHawk called, “Antarctica May Have a New Type of Ice-Diamonds.”  It says, “…a kind of rock that often contains diamonds has been found in Antarctica…researchers said they were confident the gems were there.”  The article also mentioned that mining is banned there.

On the third day of creation God created land.  God knows exactly what researchers will find in the future since He made Antarctica.  Glory be to God!
